What do we receive during our visit?
Your own 15 minute slot with as much or as little time as you want with Santa and his team and the chance to play some of our interactive games with our elves
How much does a session cost?
£20 for an individual session OR £40 for a family session (up to 3 children). Parents and carers are FREE.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a 5% booking fee added at the checkout - this works out as £1 for an individual ticket or £2 for a family ticket
What disabled facilities do you have?
Disabled access is via the back entrance (everyone comes in the back doors for Sensory Santa anyway)

Accessible Santa's grotto
Elves and gingerbread characters who can communicate using a variety of different methods including Makaton sign language and symbols. Let us know when you book if you would like support with this and we can prepare any resources needed in advance so that you get the most from your visit
